Through the 10,000 Women initiative, the foundation fosters shared economic growth by providing 10,000 underserved women around the world with business and management education, mentoring and networking, and access to capital. The foundation awards grants to business schools and universities in the United States, Europe, business schools in developing and emerging economies, and research and development organizations.

Through 10,000 Small Businesses, the foundation helps entrepreneurs create jobs and economic opportunity through access to education, capital, and business support services. The foundation awards grants to community colleges, universities, and community and business development organizations.
